NEW LEADERSHIP
| Dora de la Rosa is the only current elected official seeking election to
the RPV City Council. Dora has served on the PVPUSD School Board for the past eight years, from 2003 to the present, including four years as President, from 2004-2006 and from 2009-2011. Dora’s background as an attorney and her experience on the School Board have taught her valuable leadership and accountability skills. Dora’s eight years on a governing board balancing budgets, dealing with shrinking state funding, overseeing a $100 million construction program, which came in on budget, and working cooperatively with various segments of our community has prepared her to serve on the City Council. As School Board President Dora has helped craft solutions through consensus building and respectfully listening to our constituents. |
